Klaus Holliger 简介
He received MSc (1987) and PhD (1990) degrees from ETH Zurich and a postgraduate degree (2000) from University of London. He joint ETH Zurich's Applied and Environmental Geophysics Group in1994. He became professor in 2002. In 2005, he moved to a chaired professorship at University of Lausanne. From 2008 through 2015, he served as the editor-in-chief of Journal of Applied Geophysics. He has also co-edited several books and special issues and served as an associate editor of Geophysics, Water Resources Research, and Geology.
As a founding member of ETH's Applied and Environmental Geophysics Group, he shared SEG's 2015 Distinguished Service Award. He holds adjunct professorships at ETH Zurich and INRS in Quebec City, Canada, and was recently appointed as Pao Yu-Kong Chair Professor at Zhejiang University. Klaus is on the scientific advisory board of the Leibniz Institute of Applied Geophysics in Germany. According to the Web of Science, he has co-authored ~150 peer-refereed publications with a total of ~2500 citations and an h-index of 29.

Klaus Holliger 教授于1987年在瑞士苏黎世联邦高等工学院（ETH Zurich）获得硕士学位，之后于2000年在伦敦大学（University of London）获得博士学位。他于1994年合办了苏黎世联邦高等工学院的应用于环境地球物理小组。于2002年成为教授。于2005年成为洛桑大学（University of Lausanne）讲座教授。2008年至2015年，他任《Journal of Applied Geophysics》杂志主编，他同时是一些书和发行舞的合作编辑，他也是《Geophysics》《Water Resources Research》和《Geology》杂志的副主编。
作为苏黎世联邦高等工学院的应用于环境地球物理小组的创办会员，Klaus Holliger 教授于2015年获得了SEG2015年杰出贡献奖，他是苏黎世联邦高等工学院和加拿大魁北克国家科学研究学院的兼职教授，目前他被指定为浙江大学Pao Yu-Kong客座教授。Klaus教授是德国莱布尼兹研究所应用地球物理科学顾问委员会成员之一。通过SCI检索，他是150余篇同行专业学术发行物的合作作者，有超过2500次的引用，h-index为29。
